Inner Essence® Better Sleep is a unique program combining lifestyle, mind and body work to help you overcome insomnia and rediscover a good night’s rest:
Discover facts and fiction about sleep, your personal sleep profile, the best ways to repay sleep debt, lifestyle choices for better sleep and of course scientifically proven strategies to stop ‘the wheels spinning’, reset your sleeping habits and enjoy good sleep again.
The workshop includes a deep-relaxation sleep CD, so you can continue to reprogram your sleeping patterns outside the course in your own time.
Inner Essence® Better Sleep is a two session workshop. Please bring a blanket and pillow and wear comfortable clothes.
